Okay, I know I've been doing a lot of posts lately that are pointing you to other sites, and it's not because I don't want you here. It's because there are so many blogs and sites out there that are really amazing resources.
This one I have to share - it's so awesome, it's left me no choice.
The Vasta Images/Books Blog is all about rare and scandalous photos from the Nineteenth and Twentieth Centuries. I've never seen anything like it!
They've got things from all over this time period that you should really check out, but I'm going to focus on the stuff that fits in our Gilded Age period.

Photos like these are so important for understanding life during this time period for historians and historical fiction writers alike. In addition to each set of photos the blog includes history and information from the publication being featured.
Seriously this is a really awesome resource, so in addition to checking it out, become a subscriber. Give them a shout-out. Bloggers love comments.
I know I do ... hint, hint. Digital Winky Face ; )
